Crazy Week!!

Trey is now 1! I can not believe it!! I also haven't been on for a while either. For about a week I have been driving, in Niagara Falls (Canada's side, which is much prettier), in Ohio, OR in Indiana. Which is where we spent Trey's 1st Birthday.
First of all we went to Niagara Falls on Valentines day with my sister Zephanie, and her mom Josie, father Derick, and brother Jaaron. We spent the whole weekend and came back on Monday. We went to a place called M. T. Bellies and it was a bar and grill type thing. I was old enough to drink so I order a Strawberry Dacari with my meal, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARD ME!!! That was upsetting!! What is the point of ordering something when they aren't even going to card you!! But it was delicious. It tasted like a Strawberry Smoothies. You couldn't even taste the alcohol. I knew I wouldn't get buzzed off that one drink. I knew Trey wouldn't be in any kind of danger so I felt I was able to have one drink. Brad order a beer with his meal he was upset he didn't get carded either. We all had a great time in restaurant called Rainforest Cafe. There are Gorillas, Elephants, Butterflies, and Snakes that move and make noises while you eat. You can walk around and take pictures of all kinds of animals that are berried in all the vines and leaves on the walls and ceiling. There is also stars on the ceiling in the center of the room that change and move. Also every 15 minutes there is a thunderstorm. So thunder and lightning sound and then all the animals go crazy!! There is also a bad under this HUGE mushroom that water falls off of. There are bar stools that look like Zebras, duck, Giraffe, and much more animals. It was a GREAT time. I bough a shot glass from there gift shop, Brad bough a beer glass, and after spending $15 Trey got a free gift , which was a plate that had the Rainforest Cafes logo it. Which was pretty cool. We might go back in May when his friend Daniel comes to visit. Then we will have to go back to the Rainforest Cafe again!!
Secondly we came back home just to was our clothes stay a whole day. The next morning we got up, went through tons of paper work for Yoh to start training, then took a drug test. We left Trey at home with Bridget and Ron so we had to swing by and pick him up REAL fast because we had to drive 6 hours to be at my grandma's in Ohio. We left around 11:45 am and got there at 6:10 pm exactly. The next morning we left for Lafayette around 8 am and arrived around noon. I love road trips but not a week of it. Trey started a cough the day we left for Lafayette and it got worse. I did EVERYTHING I could for someone that is 1. You can't do much. I filled him up with Ibuprofen and covered him in Vicks, when we where at my moms (where we stayed), and had the Vicks humidifier going all nigh long. We ended up taking him to the ER after his Birthday party at Chuck E Cheese, Which was a BLAST, and everyone had fun. Trey didn't hardly cough or anything. When we got home was when we really noticed a problem. Brad had lied him down in his bed and he only slept but 5 minutes. When he cried it was really faint and he was a little wheeze at the end of his cry. His voice was very horse and his cough was wheeze too. It seemed like he was really working to breath. I was REALLY worried so I told Brad we needed to go to the ER. I told my mom that we where leaving my brother Taylor insisted on going and all I was worried about was Trey not being able to breath. Well they did a booger test, NOT JOKING. They said that would be 25 minutes. Then they gave him a breathing treatment, which he screamed hysterically the whole time. I had to hold his arms down while the lady held the mask over his face. Then I almost got him to sleep after only taking a total of a 10 minute nap for the whole day. They tell me that he needs an X-ray of his chest. You have to keep still for a X-ray right? Well how the hell do they keep a 1 year-old still do you ask? They sat him down in a board that had a bar in the middle to put his legs through then closed a tube around him with his hands above his head and closed the tube. The didn't get it right the 1st time so they had to do it a SECOND TIME!! It killed me to watch them do it the 1st time and then they had to do it the SECOND TIME!! I had so sit there and watch him scream and try to reach for me while tears are pouring down his face!! I almost stared crying for him!! I think that is one of the only things that really hurt is when Trey is upset. They told up that the results would be up in 20 minutes, So we have to wait for that. We where in the hospital from 3 pm to 8 pm. We finally found out that he had RSV which is a form of Bronchitis. She told us that RIGHT when we got into NY to get a appointment to see his paediatrician ASAP so it didn't turn into Pneumonia. Which scared me to DEATH!! We went to my grandpa's house the next day and he gave Trey his Christmas present because we didn't get to see him on Christmas. He gave Trey a Red Rider BB Gun. I thought that was great but his wife Debi didn't think so. I had one when I was REAL little. I was allowed to play with mine when I was about 5. I don't see any problem with them as long as the child is supervised and thought all the safety rules and know boundaries. Until then it is sitting on the top shelf of his closet and the BB are hidden somewhere else. We left for home after we got to see my grandpa and my great-grandma. I took Trey to see his pediatrician the next day and found out he got an ear infection too. She said it goes hand-in-hand with RSV. Now we have to tackle Trey to take 2 medications at 8:00 am and pm. The one for RSV was for 3 day but the one for the ear infection is for 2 weeks. I literally have to hold him down for him to take it. His cough gets worse when he get worked up too!! Well Brad now is stuffed up, has a fever, sore throat, cough, and his stomach stared getting upset today. Bridget has an upset stomach and was getting sick all night last night. Ron cough something but I don't know what. All I have had this whole time is a stuffy nose and a head ace from being all stuffed up. I hope EVERYONE that came to the party is well, because I would feel TERRIBLE if Trey got anyone else sick!! I will have to put pics on later. I still have to cut Trey's hair!!

Party Planning!!!

Well I nhaven't been on for ever but you know Birthday parties. You have to make sure you invite everybody. When you think you got everyone one the list you ALWAYS foprget someone!! Well I hope I didn't and if I did... That is there falt because I wouldn't have forgotten them if they slipped me an e-mail, text, or even a phone call. But i'm pretty sure I didn't forget anyone. I am pretty much done with the party. There really isn't much for me to do because I am all the way in NY and I just sent out invite today. I do have to order a cake but that takes two minutes and I can do that 24 hrs ahead of time. My mom is in the prosses of moving so we are having the party at Chuck E Cheese. It is a good thing cuz you boost them up with sugar. They get a sugar high then they run it off and by the time you fasten there seatbelt in the car they are OUT! Plus I don't have to clean up. Trey' hair is hetting SO long when I was giving him a bath his hair touch his back. I am cutting his hair on his birthday and before his party!! I CAN'T WAIT!! He looks like a girl. His hair curls a little in the back a little.

House of Germs

Well I got Brad and Bridget sick and they got it worse then what I had it. Brad still isn't completely over it but I think Bridget is. Trey has had a runny nose the past two days and he hasn't been eating as much as he usually does. I am keeping an eye on it though. If his appetite doesn't get better in the next couple of days. I have been sanitizing everything the past few days ever since Brad got sick in the bathroom. Trey has been a good sport while we where sick. We weren't able to play with him as much as we usually do. We are trying to make it up to him and he was playing with the radio today and he has learned how to turn the radio off. The button is hard to push and he kept trying to push the button with has pointer finger. He realized that his finger wasn't strong enough so he used his thumb instead and turned it off. Now that is all he wants to do now. He also goes in front of the mirror in his walker and watch himself shake his head in the mirror. He loves himself! lol!

Starting off the NEW Year

Well first of all my friend Kayla got a round trip to New York to see me for Christmas. She arrived the 26Th and was supposed to leave the 30Th of December. We were supposed to have bad weather then her flight gets delayed. Brad and I leave Kayla at the airport because Trey was tired and Brad really had to pee. Then about an hour and a half later she calls and tells us that something had gone wrong with the plane that she was supposed to get on. Then it ended up being with the whole airline and that she had to be rebooked to a new airline and she would leave in the morning. We also had an appointment in the morning for Medicaid. We had to just drop her off because the weather was bad and there was no visibility. We made if for our appointment an hour early and we still did get in until 11 when our appointment was at 10:30. All the walk ins where getting in before us. We got home at 12 and I fell asleep and didn't wake up until 5. I got up took a shower and got all dressed up. We took picture and Brad made a pizza for me. I ate it all but when I took the last bite I felt sick. I went down stairs changed into PJ's and told Brad I was going to bed because I didn't feel good. It was about 8. He put Trey to bed and then brought in water. I felt dehydrated so I drank a lot of it. We use the Hospital cups for water at night. I fell asleep for a few hours but I kept waking up because I didn't feel good. That's when I got sick! I spent my New Years Eve getting sick. I sent out text the next time I got up! I just forwarded it to everyone. My mom called and I told her I was sick and she told my dad. She kept talking and my dad said get off the phone to my mom. She thought he said give me the phone then he hung the phone up. I know he told her not to call me back because I was sick and asleep. She never called back until the morning. Which my brother's birthday is January 1st!

Chuch and Music

We are going to Church tonight! It will be Trey's first time going to Church. We are going to try to find a Church we like up here. I want to start going every week I also want to join a Church Choir some day. I really miss singing in front of people. I also miss getting ready for the concerts and getting the adrenalin rush when it gets close to performance time! Trey also LOVES music he now opens the lid of the little boom box be plays with. Then takes out the CD shows it to you while laughing then puts the CD back in the player and then closes the lid! He also turns the station and turns the volume up and down! He is his own character! He throws little fits when do doesn't get his way! His Grandma falls for it but I don't. It he Sheds one tear or is upset she gives him his way! That doesn't work with me at all. I used to play those games and with Brad I still do!! I whine at him and just yell his name until I get my way. I know it is not going to take much for Brad to fall for that with Trey and I know if we have a girl it will be even worse. That will be his little girl and he will fall for it every time no matter what!!

Trey and Santa!

Well Trey got his picture taken with Santa The 20 of November but I just haven't put them on the computer until now!! So here are his pictures with Santa and around the little village they had in the Mall. There was a Train that hecould ride on but I didn't want to put him on it but himslf because I was afraid he would either fall over or he would try to stand up while it was moving. He is a little too small for the Train this year. We did ride the Carisell this year with him though! He liked that but is went a little fast for him to wave at Brad's mom and dad. We got him tons of big toys. We got him a play area that you put balls in like when Burger King had the ball play area. We got him something like that so he can pull himself up and fall he wants and he wont get hurt. I want to set it up soooo bad but Brad said NO because he thinks that Trey wont want to open anything else if we let him play in that first!! That will be the first thing he unwraps though!!

Shopping

Well Brad went hunting today and when he gets back little does he know, but we are going Christmas shopping for Trey. We ave $200 to spend on Trey and $100 dollars each to spend on each other. I would rather take my money and spend it on myself so that I know I am getting exactly what I want. It is all in the surprise!! Speak of the Devil!! He just got home and with food!!!
